World Rules Pool Competion Winner

On Saturday the 9th January 2010 Top Spot Snooker Club hosted yet another fantastic world rules pool competion. With a £15 entry fee, 31 player & £465 prize fund, it was certainly worth a punt. 

This was the strongest field yet in a Huddersfield based pool competion with nearly all of Huddersfields best players entering minus only a couple of the big names. This time we attracted our 1st professional player to the tournament, Arfan Dad.

The winner turned out to be the professional Arfan after he narrowly beat Jamie Murgatroyd 6-5
